Our Conference will take place at the Lokschuppen in Bielefeld. The address is Stadtheider Str. 11, 33609 Bielefeld, Germany.

The location of the Hinterland Party will be the same location.

The Hinterland Conference is on 14 June 2023.

Conference Program: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Conference Party: 7:00 pm – 1:00 am

With your Conference ticket, you can reach our event with all trams and buses in Bielefeld free of charge during the whole day. The tram No. 2 direction ALTENHAGEN station „Stadtheider Straße“, around 7 minutes from the Central Train Station, will bring you to the venue. Please note: there are NO parking spaces in the vicinity of the Conference, so we recommend you to use public transport.

The set-up takes place already in the three days before the event. As a Startup exhibitor the set-up takes place on 13 June 2023. There you will get a tour and get to know the other exhibitors. The exact timeframe for the set-up will be announced soon.

Lead Gen and access to Hinterland of Things Network

For us, Lead Gen is short for lead generation. You will have the opportunity to track all the people you receive at your booth. We will provide scanners with which you can scan the QR codes of the tickets. Afterwards, you will receive a list with all the contacts you have scanned at your booth. This list meets the DSGVO standards and you are able to use.

At your booth you will find a standing table, a lockable container for your personal things and a monitor that you can play on. The logo will be printed on the booth.

If you would like to bring additional exhibits or roll ups, please contact Vito and coordinate this with her.

Please think of an adapter for the monitor at your booth. More details will be announced soon.

We are expecting you on 14 June 2023 at 7:30 am. Then you have one hour to settle in. At 8.30 am we open the doors.

Your contact person is Vito, he coordinates the entire Exhibition.

We need the following things from you in advance: 

Logo (high resolution) as a vector file (.eps, max. 6MB)

cropped/ transparent  

white/negative

normal 

Team picture, Headup picture (513×512 pixel)

Short description about your Startup in german & english (max. 10.000 letters)

Please send us the required logos and description as soon as possible, at the latest by 20 May 2023.

You will receive a separate mailing from Vito with an individual promotion code. This code enables you to draw a free ticket. You can order your two tickets, which are included in your Exhibition package, via our general ticket store.

Additional tickets can be purchased through our ticket store. Please contact Vito and she will send you a link to the appropriate ticket.

Two tickets are already included in your Exhibition package. You don’t have to pay for these tickets anymore. These tickets will be purchased on invoice. If you want to book more tickets, you can do so via our ticket store. You can pay by instant bank transfer or credit card.

After the set up on the 13 June 2023 all exhibitiors are welcomed to have some drinks afterwards and to get to know each other before the Conference starts.
